1. Introduction

This Volunteer & Community Conduct Policy governs all volunteers, awareness supporters, mission participants, coordinators, community members, campaign participants, and individuals associated with:

  • educational missions
  • volunteer activities
  • community operations
  • awareness programs

organized or supported by Binary Raise.

By joining any volunteer or community-related activity, users acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Nature Of Volunteer Programs

Users understand and agree that:

  • volunteer programs are mission-oriented awareness initiatives
  • participation is primarily community and awareness focused
  • volunteer activities are intended for cyber awareness, public safety awareness, educational support, and mission contribution

Volunteer participation does NOT automatically create:

  • employment rights
  • salary rights
  • government authority
  • law enforcement authority
  • permanent organizational position
  • operational ownership rights

3. Eligibility & Verification Rights

The organization reserves full rights to:

  • approve or reject volunteers

6. No Illegal Operational Authority

Volunteers understand and agree that:

  • they are NOT law enforcement officers

  • they are NOT authorized investigators
  • they cannot threaten, intimidate, or misuse organizational identity

Volunteers must NEVER:

  • claim fake authority
  • misuse mission branding
  • conduct illegal cyber operations
  • promise official protection or government powers

7. Confidentiality & Privacy Requirements

Volunteers agree:

  • not to leak internal discussions
  • not to expose participant information
  • not to misuse private communication
  • not to share sensitive operational information publicly

Internal:

  • operational communication

may remain confidential.


8. Social Media Conduct Policy

Volunteers must:

  • maintain responsible online behavior
  • avoid spreading false information
  • avoid toxic or extremist behavior
  • avoid damaging the mission reputation

Volunteers must NOT:

  • impersonate official representatives
  • misuse logos or branding
  • create fake statements on behalf of the organization

The organization reserves the right to:

10. Communication & Coordination Rules

  • Google Meet
  • Official operational channels

Volunteers must:

  • avoid spam communication

The organization may remove inactive or disruptive members at any time.


11. Photography, Media & Public Representation

Volunteers understand and agree that:

Volunteers must not create misleading public representations of operational activities.


12. Volunteer Safety Disclaimer

  • monetary benefits
  • government opportunities
  • social media fame
  • public recognition

unless officially announced otherwise.


14. Training & Internal Material Restrictions

Volunteers may receive access to:

  • awareness material
  • educational resources
  • internal documents
  • mission graphics
  • coordination systems

Volunteers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:

  • leaking material
  • redistributing internal documents
  • reselling awareness content
  • misusing training resources

without authorization.


15. Anti-Political & Anti-Extremism Clause

Volunteer platforms, awareness activities, and mission identity must NOT be used for:

  • political propaganda

  • radicalization

The organization reserves the right to immediately terminate involvement in such cases.
