- The price of all our services is fixed. Payment of less than the fixed price will not be acceptable under any circumstances.
- All the services will be completed within the stipulated time frame but due to some unknown reasons it may take longer than the scheduled time.
- Clients may not demand changes or additions of new features after 100% completion of the work described in the Service.
- That product will be delivered to the client only after the full payment of the prescribed price of the service is done.
- In future, if the client uses the service provided by us for wrong work or illegal work, then we will not be involved in it in any way and the client will be the full legal action and the right of the guilty.
- If any person, after getting us to work on any service, sells it to any other party using our name at a higher price, then he will be entitled to strict legal action and strict legal action will be taken against him.
- If any person is found providing service using our name, then strictest legal action will be taken against him immediately.
- We have only one website – binaryraise.com. If any other website is found using our name, then it is completely fake and unreliable. Therefore, the user is instructed to take the service from our official website only, otherwise we do not take any responsibility for the service taken from other websites.
- Talking in an unethical manner on call with our team can result in strict legal action against them.
- If any person attempts to breach the confidentiality of any of the services provided by us, he/she will be entitled to the punishment prescribed in accordance with the legal system.
- If any attempt is made to hack on our website and any other website or product made by us, that person will be entitled to the harshest legal action and strict legal action will be taken against them.
- If anyone is found misleading people by spreading false rumors about us and our product, strict legal action will be taken against them immediately.
- Selling or manufacturing any kind of product using our name is completely unconstitutional and strict action will be taken against them.
- We have only one branch which is located in Vinod Nagar, Sojat Road. Apart from this, if any other branch is found then it is completely fake and give us immediate information about it so that we can take strict legal action against them.
- All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in a face to face meeting.
- By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Binary Raise.
- Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus, it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
- Clients are advised to select the name of the website carefully, otherwise the name change will have to be paid extra.
- In our plan in which free logo is offered, we will send you 7 different types of logos made according to us. You have to choose any one logo out of these 7 logos. If you do not like the logo, then you will have to get the logo made by someone else and send it to us, whose entire cost will be of the client.
- The link of the social media account/page to which the Client is to be displayed on the Website. All those social media accounts have to be created by themselves and we will not create social media accounts in any case nor will we post any kind on them.
- Additional payment will be made to the client on demand for additional features in addition to the specified features.
- After the raise & request cycle, no minor changes will be made to the website and additional fees will have to be paid if any changes are to be made.
- Whatever photos, videos, documents, etc., which the client wants to put on the website, send it to us only after including it in a zip file and note that there should not be any kind of password attached to the zip file.
- In case of delay in sending the information by the clients, the project completion time will exceed the stipulated time, for which the client will be solely responsible.
- After handing over the admin panel of the website to the client, they are instructed to change the password and select a secure password.
- Websites that have to provide online payment facility may take time to get approval from the payment gateway in that case the project may take more time.
- Once the work of the website is started, no change will be made in the technology of creating the website.
- Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. - Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
- Website/application content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the 3 Days of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it goes beyond reasonable timeframe.
- Binary Raise takes no responsibility of any open source products such as WordPress, Open Source carts, Joomla etc. It is clients responsibility to update all components and third party softwares. We suggest you to take regular back-ups to avoid any disruptions.
- It is the client’s responsibility to renew the hosting in time ie. before the expiry date. Failure to renew in time can lead to loss of files, data, emails, backups etc. All unpaid hostings are disabled or deleted from the server.
- Binary Raise will not be responsible if a domain expires due to non-payment / late payment of the charges. All payments must be made by seven working days before the expiry date.
- It is client’s responsibility to renew their domain names with us.
- Termination of services by the Client must be requested in a written notice and will be send us via couriar/post at Binary Raise, Vinod Nagar, Sojat Road (Pali) Pincode – 306103. Email or telephone requests for termination of services will not be honoured until and unless confirmed in writing.
- After selecting the service by the client, 50% amount will have to be paid in advance, only then their work will be started.
- If the client cancels his order within three days after depositing 50% advance, then only 25% will be returned to him and the remaining 25% will remain with the Binary Raise permanently and not be refundable in any condition.
- If the client cancels his order after three days after depositing 50% of the advance amount, then no amount will be refunded to him in any case.
- According to our methodology, as we continue to work, we will keep sending it to the client for review from time to time, so that keeping in mind the feedback of the client, we will finalize that product according to the clients, but if the client claims to be dissatisfied with our service, after the complete execution of the work from our side and demand for refund then amount will not be refunded because according to our methodology, we work only on the basis of the feedback received from the clients but if the client is dissatisfied with our service then he will be responsible for that. .
