Volunteer Discipline, Mission Ethics & Community Operational Policy Of Binary Raise
1. Introduction
This Volunteer & Community Conduct Policy governs all volunteers, awareness supporters, mission participants, coordinators, community members, campaign participants, and individuals associated with:

- volunteer activities
- community operations

organized or supported by Binary Raise.
By joining any volunteer or community-related activity, users acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Nature Of Volunteer Programs
Users understand and agree that:

Volunteer participation does NOT automatically create:
- employment rights
- salary rights
- government authority

3. Eligibility & Verification Rights
The organization reserves full rights to:
- approve or reject volunteers

Volunteers understand and agree that:

- conduct illegal cyber operations
- promise official protection or government powers

Volunteers agree:

- not to expose participant information
- not to misuse private communication
- not to share sensitive operational information publicly
Internal:

- operational communication
may remain confidential.
8. Social Media Conduct Policy
Volunteers must:
- maintain responsible online behavior
- avoid spreading false information
- avoid toxic or extremist behavior
- avoid damaging the mission reputation
Volunteers must NOT:
- impersonate official representatives
- misuse logos or branding
- create fake statements on behalf of the organization
without authorization.
9. Awareness Activity Guidelines
Volunteers participating in awareness activities must:

The organization reserves the right to:

10. Communication & Coordination Rules

Volunteers must:

The organization may remove inactive or disruptive members at any time.
11. Photography, Media & Public Representation
Volunteers understand and agree that:

Volunteers must not create misleading public representations of operational activities.
12. Volunteer Safety Disclaimer

Volunteers participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
13. No Guaranteed Benefits Disclaimer
Volunteer participation does NOT guarantee:
- certificates
- employment
- internships
- operational promotions
- monetary benefits
- government opportunities
- social media fame
- public recognition
unless officially announced otherwise.
14. Training & Internal Material Restrictions
Volunteers may receive access to:
- awareness material
- educational resources
- internal documents
- mission graphics
- coordination systems
Volunteers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
- leaking material
- redistributing internal documents
- reselling awareness content
- misusing training resources
without authorization.
15. Anti-Political & Anti-Extremism Clause
Volunteer platforms, awareness activities, and mission identity must NOT be used for:

The organization reserves the right to immediately terminate involvement in such cases.
16. Right To Remove Volunteers
